Why my account is in the restore mode?

    Hello, it's been a while since I've used JotForm but I've recently accessed my account again and am trying to publish a form from a template I found in the Template Library. When I select to "Use this Template" and then try to publish the form, I get the following error: 

    "Form not Found: this form is in restore mode"

    One of my colleagues, however, was recently able to publish this form successfully so I'm guessing the error has something to do with my account. Can someone help me get past this error?

    Your account was in Restore mode and that happens when the account is not used for a long time.

    I re-activated your account so it should be fine now.
