Do you offer a per-payment option for small businesses?

I own and operate a small, 1-person massage therapy business in a suburb of Kansas City. The address to my website is WWW.KNEADITMASSAGE.COM. The only payments that are ever made by way of JotForm are for gift certificates, and that is only rarely. I suspect that I average no more than 12 online purchases a month, though certain months (such as December) are predictably busier than others. All of which is to say that your cheapest Bronze plan make little financial sense for me. Do you offer a per-payment option for small mom-and-pop businesses like me that very rarely, though occasionally will use your service more than once a month?

I'm sorry, but we do not offer such plan. Our plans have an option for monthly payment. You can subscribe to the monthly plan and cancel if you do not need it. You can cancel anytime you want to. 

You can also just collect the order in the form without a payment so that you can accept up to 100 submissions for the free plan. You can email customers to pay using Paypal direct or in person.
