A couple of the forms need signatures, a couple of them don't. IF we decide to email the forms to the campers instead of having a live link on our website, can I create a folder so I can email them the folder and they have access to all 4 forms rather than 4 separate emails per campsite??

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add the forms to an app so that you will just have to share one app link with them to fill out all the forms. Let me show you how to do it:
- On your My Apps page, click on the Create App button located on the upper left side of the page.
- On the next page, click on the Start Form Scratch option.
3. Once routed to the App Builder, click on the Add Element button located on the left side of the page.
4. Click or drag a Form element into your form.
5. On the pop-up screen, select the forms that you want the users to fill out and then click the Add Forms button.
That's it. You can now copy the app link from the publish tab and share it with your users:
