I make stuffed animals from kids' drawings and I get the artwork via Jotform which asks the customer to upload their image on a page that appears after the place their order.
Normally, I get an email from Jotform saying that there was a submission, and the file is there for me to download with the order number associated with it.
Suddenly, last night things started to go wrong. For one of my orders, there is no order number and instead it has what looks like the text from an email that normally goes to the customer - all run together with no spaces between words - and NO ORDER NUMBER! I happen to know the order number for that one because the cuatomer happened to send the file via email also. However, on Jotform it looks like 2 submissions, and crazy text where the order number should be.
Which brings me to the more serious issue which is that I got another order with nothing from you. If it weren't for the mix up on the other order last night with 2 messages for one order, I might think that the customer did not upload anything. However, something is amiss and I want to make sure that it is straightened out before more orders get confused, and I don't want to suggest that the customer didn't upload a file if he actually did.
Could you please check on this and let me know what happened, and when it will be fixed?
I am formiing partnerships which will raise the volume on this and I want to make sure that this won't be a disaster if I continue to use Jotform for the artwork uploading. When the order volume picks up, it will be harder to piece things together if the artwork does not arrive in my inbox, and also if the correct order number is not associated with each file.

The Order Number hidden fields looks like it is being prepopulated by your order page. I am inclined to believe that the problem lies on the order page where this upload form is embedded.
JotForm simply saves and emails the details being passed from your shopify site to the form. That weird text came from your order page, and was passed as Order Number in your upload form.
I think it would be best to contact your website designer or administrator in order to find out what's causing this problem. If you need further information, feel free to ask.
