Is there a need for a separate autoresponder if I use iContact?

    So... this is an automated response from Jotform to the person filling in the form right? As opposed to Jotform is using my integrated autoresponder...??? I integrated I-Contact.

    I'm wondering why would I use both? Why use the jotform autoresponse at all?

    That's correct - The AUTORESPONDER will send an auto-response to the users/respondents who submitted your form.

    The need to use an autoresponder is built-in within our system. By default, not everyone uses iContact. If you use this platform and it already sends out its own respective autoresponder, then there's no need to have another autoresponder within JotForm.

    You can safely delete it if that's the case.
