Signal problem

    I got the Infant Optics DXR-8 a week a go and I have tried everything but still I keep losing the signal. I live in a very small apartment I do not know what to do next. I charged the monitor I always make sure that the monitor is far from any other device at home like WiFi or phone. So can someone please help me.
