a client tried to do a payment via jotform. I did several test ones myself. I did the intergration test. The intergration tes showed ok and was listed under my authorize.net account. The actual payment from client and my test ones did not show. Can you see records of what was entered, because the client one is not showing under submission/reports?

Are you certain that the payments for those submissions went through to your Authorize.Net account?
Did your client select a product that is not free? If not, then that might be the cause. I am not sure if that's how the payment integration should work, but please do respond with more details regarding your problem.
