How to hide empty fields in configurable list field?

My configurable table has for default the option to enter 10 jobs, but if the person only wants 1 job, is there a way the email he receives as a confirmation shows blank the empty rows?

Unfortunately this is not possible since the Configurable table is treated as one field and you can not hide the cells that have not been filled.
