Is there anyway to include an Email Recipient from an Email field on the form? For example, I have a form that an employee fills out. The main recipients are set up in the email settings. But I need to email to also go to the employee's department head. Of course, this is different depending upon what department the employee is in.
Is there a way for the employee to enter the department head's email address on the form so that when the employee submits the form, the email will also include the department head in addition to the recipients in the email settings?

Yes you can use a email notification condition that sends an email based on a selection.
