Transferring a form to another Jotform account

Hey! I have had an employee quit who created a JotForm for my business. I would like to transfer the form to my account. What is the best way to do that?

You can log in to your employee's account and request to transfer the form here in the Support Forum. For security and tracking purposes, the request should be coming from the form owner.
