Changes made on my form aren't saved.

    This is happening to me as well. Just tried to delete/re-add items and create a whole new form and nothing works. It looks like there's an issue when clicking on the settings button. No building form elements work and you cannot adjust other widgets.

    Hi Lauren,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm really sorry you're having issues editing your form in Form Builder. Can you give us the URL of the form that you're working on? I've cleared your form caches from the backend. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, I suggest you clear your browser's caches, or try editing your form using the Incognito Mode.

    Lastly, are you currently running an Antivirus software on the computer that you're using? If yes, can you tell us the name of the Antivirus?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Thanks for getting back to us with the Form URL. I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screencast below:

    Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? Also, please try to clear your browser caches and cookies to see if this will fix the issue. If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

    Gave it another try and cloned it and nothing worked. Yes, I did clear the browser cache. I think it's a jotform issue, not a user/local issue.

    Thanks for getting back to us and trying to do what I suggested above. Could you please send us a Loom video of what you are experiencing on your end so we can escalate this to our Developers? 

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
