My form has been working for the last 4 or so weeks with almost 200 submissions.
The form has a number of membership levels and depending on which one is ticked the membership fee is determined. It worked fine up till the submission on 2018-02-13 19:17. Then the next submission on 2018-02-13 19:59 had a zero fee.
I have tested the form this morning (14th Feb Australian time) and all levels are returning zero.
I have disabled the form so people son't use it, but taken a clone to do some testing. The conditions are still in place so I can't see what is wrong yet.

I was able to replicate the issue and I can see some errors in the browser's web console, I have been trying to replicate the issue on a cloned form of yours, but I was unable to do it.
This thread will be forwarded to our second level support for further inspection by our developers.
We will keep you updated via this thread.

Seems ok at the moment. I don't suppose you can let me in on what happened.
Is there something I was doing which I should avoid? Or should do a better way?
