I'm creating a member survey to confirm the data we hold for them is correct. Our members are a mix of independent village owners and those who own a group of villages.
The groups have a principal member who is responsible for completing the data for all their sites, how can I easily create a form that will cover all their premises so they won't be bombard with 30 individual surveys?

By saying 30 individual surveys, do you mean to say you need 30 different forms? If I am interpreting it correctly, please note that one single form can receive all possible submissions that you need, provided that all the questions that you have to collect is in the form.
However, if I am misunderstanding your inquiry, it would be great if you could please provide us more information on the details of the form that you wish to create, including the process that you have in mind, It would also be great if you can elaborate to us on the matter with being bombarded with 30 individual surveys.
We look forward for the clarificatory details so we can provide you a more explicit answer.
