Card form - Multi line field: No option to translate

    Dear Sirs. I have generated a form using the "one question at the time" design. 

    All entry points using "Multi - line" are not avaliable for translation when I choose to have a secondary language option. 

    Is this a bug, and if so when will it be corrected?

    I checked your form Environmental diploma request and the the option to add another language it was working fine on my case. Please check the video below:

    You need to add the language you want, and then translate each field.

    Please let us know if you have any other question.

    Dear Sir.
    Thank you very much for your prompt reply.
    I think you might have misunderstood our problem.
    Forms: The same problem is found in both forms “Environmental diploma request” and Netcare certification request”.
    Our path to the problem:
    Settings -> show more options -> Translations -> Edit -> Add form language -> Select “Norsk” -> Add form language -> Edit translation. --- ALL WORKS WELL SO FAR
    In Field translations:
    Welcome page title and text: OK
    Form elements: Your name: OK
    Form elements: Address: OK
    Form elements: Short text entry: OK
    Form elements: Multi-line question: NOT SHOWING UP FOR TRANSLATION
    Thank you page: NOT SHOWING UP FOR TRANSLATION
    It appears these fields are not possible to translate.
    I hope you can review our problem again.

    I cloned your form and could reproduce the problem. You are right there is no options to translate the multiline field and thank you page.

    So I have submitted a feature request to the development team.

    They will review this application and post a response on this thread with any progress.

    I am having the same issue, so would be great if was added. I had use the multi-line field to work around the Mailing Address field as you are unable to determine the Province/State, which is needed for taxes.

    Now have to work around the Multi line field due to the translation.

    Very frustrating.

    Hello,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    The problem should be fixed. Now, you can add translations for the multi-line field. Please see screenshot below and let me know if you need anything further.
