Getting "Form is currently unavailable" error

I’ve paid my subscription like I do every month but the forms say this form is currently unavailable when I click on them.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that this is happening. The reason you're getting the error is that your form was disabled, and enabling it from the form settings in Form Builder should fix it. Here's how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder.
2. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
3. In the Form Settings window, set the Form Status to Enabled. That's it.
