Hello,
Can I add a field to insert personal email where users can receive a copy of the submitted report.

Hello Jóhan - If you meant you wanted your users/respondents/customers to receive a copy of their own submission, right after submitting the form, then what you need to setup is called an AUTORESPONDER.
Just add an EMAIL FIELD to your form then setup your autoresponder so it will send the email to the actual email address that was filled out on the form.

The autoresponder email should do it. However, you cannot have one autoresponder email for two forms. In this case, you will have to send two different autoresponder emails.

Yes, you will have to add the Email Field first in the form. That autoresponder won't work without the email field. See this screenshot, for example:
I'm not sure, but you seem to be looking for something different. If yes, kindly elaborate that one so we can look for other options.
