Setup fee not being charged on subscription form

    I have a subscription form where We have a $198 a month subscription and a $299 one time setup fee.  The first month should charge $497 and then each month there after should be $198.

    So far it is only charging the monthly subscription fee up front and not the initial setup fee.

    Can you help?

    Hi,

    I have just tried it and yes, I can see that the total only shows the monthly recurring price. But then, when you proceed on the payment, it will charge you the total setup fee and the first initial payment (total to 497usd).

    I will try to forward this to our level 2 support for them to check if this was a system bug/glitch when choosing to sell subscription.

    Thanks, I just checked my authorize.net account and it only charged the monthly not the setup.
    I appreciate you looking into this for us.

    The issue is finally resolved. Setup fee should be charged as expected. Sorry for the delay.
