Someone just completed this form, and something went awry. Please help!
They intended to select 2 dozen eggs, but as it turned out they ended up with a long list of things that they did NOT select on the form. Is this because there are quantities that they didn't specify and so the form assumed it was 1?

We are sorry for the inconveniences you are facing.
There is some internal issue with the products. The products are not corresponding to the correct IDs in the form source code for some reason.
My suggestion is to delete the current products, and then re-add them. The new products should not be affected by the issue.

Grrr. I changed all of the items, but when I trialed the form, the quantities are still off. This is very frustrating. Please help!

I have re-added the product items to the payment field. The issue seems to be fixed.
Please kindly re-check the form.
