Hi natashax4,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Check the steps and screenshot below on how to change the Recipient Email based on the users response.
- In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab.
- Then, choose Conditions and select Change Email Recipient.
- You'll now have to set the conditions:
Set IF to the Question on your form.
Set State to Is Equal To.
Set Value to the Answer for the Question.
Choose the email notification template that you will use. You will need to create several email notifications if you plan to send different email templates.
Put in the email address where you want the email to be sent. - Click on the Save button.
