Spreadsheet to Form Widget - Data doesn't load

Hi, I wanted to use the Spreadsheet to Form Widget, but it's not working at all. It won't load the spreadsheet. 

This is happening on the two demo pages by JotForm, and on my pages. I'm using the sample data file form JF. 

I've tried Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. And they are all just stuck loading.

I tested one of your forms and only email field is filling:

Please make sure that the titles in the Excel that you're using are exactly the same as the labels on the Form.

If the issue persists please provide us the Spreadsheet you use to prepopulate the form, you can send it to support@jotform.com (with email title #1385027).

i don't understand why my spreadsheet isn't loading though. I'm not even getting to the point where I get to enter anything.

Is it possible you could forward your sheet to our support@jotform.com email so we can test this?
