Update form each submission to show previous responses in form

Hello, I need to create a pot luck form where the user enters his name and there are several foods that a he can choose from to bring to a party.  But if the food is already chosen by another person, then the form should show the other person's name and disable that food.  Crossing off or disabling the food option is not enough -- it needs to show the other person's name.
