Account is still not upgraded after successful payment.

    I opened an account yesterday and paid however there was a problem and my account was closed and credited. I then opened an account today using the same username and password.


    Your email timed 15.42, shows the account is open!!!


    I have logged in and logged out. Why is it that you can take my money but not provide what I have paid for. 


    I expect this to be sorted without writing again.


    This is the worse customer experience I have ever come across.

    I have checked your account CourtenayEA and it is already upgraded to the Bronze Yearly plan.

    If your browser still shows that your account is still on FREE plan, kindly try using Incognito mode or Private browsing.

    You can also try and clear your Browser's Cache http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/.
