Hi Sakindu,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There's no option in the Dynamic Dropdown widget to assign calculation values to its options, but you can use number or short text fields and conditions for a separate calculation value for each options, that you can use later on to perform other calculations. Let me walk you through it:
1. In the Form Builder, add short-text fields corresponding to the available Dynamic Dropdown options.
2. Match the field labels according to the option names.
3. Set the fields to hidden, so it won't appear on the user's view.
3. After that, create an Update/Calculate Condition.
4. Setup the condition like this:
- IF: Dynamic Dropdown
- STATE: Contains
- TARGET: Value
- VALUE: Group A(name of option)
- DO: Calculate Field Value
- Assign or populate the short-text field with the calculation value
- Summary: Short-text field(target field to assign the value)
That's it, you will then use the short-text fields to perform other calculations.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
