When I edit a submission made in a form that uses the Dynamic Dropdowns widget, the original response made in the widget does not appear correctly. The response the first box remains the same as what was originally entered, but the second is blank. If I try to continue to the next page without reselecting, the system reminds me that the field is required. If I click on just the second drop-down box, it gives me the list of options that correspond to the first option in the first box, not those which correspond to the option that is displayed in the first box. The only way to continue is to select a different option in the first box, then reselect what was originally selected, and then continue on to the second drop-down box.
This only occurs when editing a submission. No unusual behavior occurs when entering a new submission.

I cloned your form for testing purposes and replicated the issue when editing submissions.
The Dynamic drodown widget did not register my second answer and it won't let me move forward without entering it on the submission.
I will forward this issue to our second level so they can check it further.
We will let you know via this thread, if we have updates.
