Upgraded to the wrong plan

    Hi There!

    I accidentally upgraded to Gold but I only need it so my 1 form can be submitted by 150 people, so I think it's only the bronze I needed to upgrade to!!!

    I just did it So I'm hoping you can reverse the $129 charge and only charge the Bronze price.

    I was hoping to keep the Free one, but it says max 100 submission per form, right?

    Hi drericamanners,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you expect to get 150 entries for your form each month, then the Bronze plan would be right for you, as it offers 1000 monthly submissions, while the Starter (Free) plan only offers 100 monthly submissions.

    About your request to refund your payment, we've downgraded your account to the Starter plan and refunded your payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to appear in your account. You should be able to upgrade to the Bronze plan.
