How can I split up first name and last name into individual fields

Hi, I'm trying to integrate my JF submissions with my CRM, and though my JF form has separate fields for first name and last name, my email notification doesn't bring them in as separate fields, it just comes in with Full Name.

How can I make my form/notification email have a field for first name and a field for last name? Note in the screen capture my CRM wants a field for First Name and a field for Last Name, there is no option for Full Name.

It's not possible to split the full name field, but you may use short entry fields instead to ask for first and last name separately:
