How do you make it so the Docusign function identifies which lines need to be signed?

Also, There is text like logos and company info, right of recision and other legal stuff that is in the form as images or pdf. When opened in docusign, those images are super tiny. How can I have the format carry over?

As far as I understand your question, I suppose that you want to have a signature in several lines of your form. But, unfortunately, it is not possible. Docusign widget needs to be placed at the end of your form, because as soon as the document is signed by a responder, it is immediately sent to you.

Can you kindly share with us a form, which you refer to, for a closer check? I have tested one of my forms and was not able to replicate the issue with resizing images.

However, if the logo is located aside of form pages, it won't be shown at the signed document.
