How to handle navigation on this form?

When one is filling the large text boxes with the input it is not real clear on how to get to the next field on this form https://form.jotform.com/formsonline/aggressive-driver-incident-report.

I realize that a tab will do it but on a mobile device most persons don't even know where the tab is.

In any event please explain how to handle this issue. Thanks.

You can assign a required field, in that way your users would know they need to input in the other text field also.

Or you can change your layout into a Card Form layout.
