Several of our survey takers are reporting an error message re: "security issues" when they click SUBMIT. I received it too when doing the survey from my phone, but not from my laptop. I have changed to a generic "thank you" page instead of an external URL to be displayed after they click SUBMIT. Anything else I can do about this?

I believe you are trying to redirect the Thank You Page to this external URL: https://fanwoodnj.org.
Please take note that the URL itself is incorrect. If you visit that link, you will get a security message as well.
This means that your website does not support or not using SSL (https). If I tried the link without https, it is working properly: http://www.fanwoodnj.org/.
Please use http instead of https. You may also contact your web hosting provider and purchase an SSL.
