Why is my form displaying 'Form not available'?

    I am creating a sales form ("Leverage 2018 Registration Form") for an event that starts tomorrow.  When I try to preview the form it says:

    This form is currently unavailable! Check back Saturday, February 17, 2018

    I'm getting similar messages for several other forms associated with my account.  I checked my usage limits. I seem to be well within all limits.

    I found the answer... the form was disabled in settings.
