Unable to log in account due to suspended account.

    Hi I would like to reactivate my account please. I am now aware of the mistake that i made and will make sure that doesn't happen again. Please delete the fields that need to be removed.

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having issue with this. I've checked your account and I can see that it was suspended. This is because the form was collecting credit card information on the form. Please note, it is in violation of our terms of use to collect any kind of credit card information on the form. If you need to collect payments or credit card information through the form, you will need to use one of our Payment Processor Integration.

    I've removed the offending fields from the form and activated the account. Please avoid using such fields on the form to prevent our system from suspending the account.
