It's just that I noticed this statement (below) on your FAQs. But was not sure if "JotForm Application" is something different from JotForm?
"You need to have PHP and Mysql on your server to be able to run JotForm Application"

Jotform forms and Jotfrom Application isn't the same. Cheers! :)
Talking about Jotform Application, it is also called "Jotform Licensing Solution" and yes, the server requirements is to have PHP5 and MySql.
