My Email Was Inadvertently Changed

    My email seems to have been changed and I did not do that! HELP!

    Hi Rcihard,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked the form and can confirm that it is now associated with an account under the email address A***n@s******a******s.com. If you are referring to the account email address, you can update it easily. Let me show you how to do it:

    • On your Jotform Forms page, click on the Avatar at the upper-right corner of your screen, and then click on Settings.

    • Under Account, click on Edit beside Email.
    • Enter your new email address, and then click on Save.
