Getting 404 error when trying access thread.

    Hi,

    I keep experiencing the same issues when I receive a response from your Team.

    I click on the “View This Thread” within your email and 9 out of 10 times I get an error page.

    please see screenshot. Trying to resolve my issues ends up taking me hours and hours just to view our Convo threads due to this page chronicling appearing.

    Hi Gulcin,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. The 404 error usually means that you are not logged in to your Jotform Account when trying to access the thread. Can you please ensure you are logged in to your account when trying to access the thread?
