How to add a payment field to a form?

I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I visited your website by accessing the link you've attached to your ticket, but I couldn't find your form in Jotform, so I created a sample form instead to demonstrate how to add a payment field to your form. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page, and click on the Payments tab.
2. Drag, and drop your preferred payment processor on your form.

3. Click on the Wand icon of your form, and connect your account by clicking on Connect, or entering your credentials.
