How can I redirect users who already submitted the form to the Thank You page?

I am creating a an RSVP form that will be shared to around a hundred people. I disabled the ability to submit the form more than once. I did this by turning on Unique Submissions. As it stands, users get an error message when resubmitting the form. However, I need the users who already submitted the form to be immediately directed to the "Thank You" page when clicking on the link again, based on Cookies or IP address. And for the personalised fields (such as name) to be shown in the Thank You page.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, you must resubmit the form to see the Thank You page again. You can send the user an autoresponder email by editing their submission and resubmitting it. This will only work if you collect the user's email address.

1. In the Form Builder, go to the Settings.
2. Select the Emails tab.
3. Hover the mouse in the Autoresponder email area and click the Pencil com.

After that, go to the Advance tab and enable the "Send when submission is edited" option.

Before doing this, you need to customize the email content. We can help you do that if you let us know what you want to show on your new autoresponder email.
