Monthly membership: User forgot to downgrade before next billing date.

    Hi!
    For some reason in my mind this monthly membership was ending on the 15th (today) and I didn't mean to sign up for more than one month. Is there any way this charge can be removed and/or refunded?

    I did go online and "downgrade" today.

    Nutso here between running house and husband having surgery - just got dates mixed up.
