My form freezes on form submission

    My form has been glitching the last week. When my customers try to submit, either nothing happens or it refreshes and clears their information from the form.

    I’ve cleared the form cache.
    I’ve checked for anything missing that is required after the submit fails to do anything.

    I’ve deleted and added again my notification email information.
    I’ve checked for conditions.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

If you run into the same issue again, let us know with a screenshot of the screen showing the console log, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
