We have written for help but no one responds from Jotform

    I am very disappointed with Jot Form.  We have written for help from myself and one other person on our board.  There is a major problem signing in.  I have requested help a number of times and no one responds.  Is this the way you do business?  I will grade you a F+.  If you want more information on the problem, you can email me.  Otherwise forget it.  You must have plenty of business.

    Our apologies, but checking your forum thread, our support email, and logs, I cannot find those requests. All I can see from our log is a series of reset email attempt and a confirmation that the password has changed. 

    The registered email address is Clathrop42@gmail.com. The username is Carolynlathrop. You should log in using the username instead of the email address. If you do not know the password, I'd recommend resetting it again. Please also inform your colleague to not do the reset.
