My client is missing an invite email

    Hi, I'm reaching out on behalf of my client - Melbourne Girls Grammar School. Last week several attempts were were made to send invites to pranav.anandakumar@mggs.vic.edu.au but were not received. I have full access to the school's email security system and I have confirmed that no emails from jotfom.com were rejected or quarantined. Are you able to double check please ?

    Hi Scott,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We are sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Could you let us know your form URL so we can look more into this? Additionally, you can also consider sending your form URL to your clients for them to access your form. Retrieving your form URL is easy, let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top orange navigation bar.
    2. Under Link to Share, click on Copy URL, and your form URL will be copied.
    3. When the user click on your form URL, they'll be directed to your form.
