How to send draft link in the submission table?

Question #1: When a user has lost their save-and-continue email, I want to re-send them their link. As the admin, is there another way to do this than the following:

    1. Go to "incomplete submissions" in the table
    2. View every draft individually to find the one for this user
    3. Copy the URL from the address bar
    4. Email the URL to the user.

PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME HOW TO FIND INCOMPLETE SUBMISSIONS -- I know that already. I am wondering if there is an analogous "resend email" option for drafts like there is for editing submissions.

Question #2: I understand that drafts are deleted after 2 months. When does that clock start counting? From the very first time a user saves their work-in-progress? or is is from the MOST RECENT date that they saved their work (in other words, after 2 months of inactivity)?

Question #3: If a user creates an account, can they access their work-in-progress from the "my drafts" folder on their dashboard, or does that only include forms that the person was ASSIGNED? All of my forms are available to anyone with the URL, because we are a distributed association with independent members all over the country (not an employer-based organization).

    Thanks.

    Hi Ritu,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the steps you mentioned above is the only way on how you can send the draft link to your users. We don't have a feature that draft link can be automatically saved in the table and be able to resend it.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

As for your other questions, I've moved those to new threads. You can check them out here:

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
