Jotform App: Incorrect Timezone is showing

    I already set my time zone to GMT+8 in account settings. The following discrepancy started to happen a few weeks ago:

    The above submission is shown in the jotform desktop web inbox, which is correct as 1h.

    The same submission, however, displays 13h as submission time on jotform app.


    I could not find any related settings in the app, please advice.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. Can you try logging out of the app first, clear the app cache, log back in, then check again? You can refer to the links below on how to clear the app cache:

    I tried logging out and deleting the app as instructed. It didn't work, same error.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. Can you please confirm if your device time and the Jotform Account timings are in the same time zone?

    Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    This issue is resolved in 2.9.47 of the Jotform Mobile App. Please update your app to the newest version and check whether the issue persists.
