    General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

I use Jotform and recommend it to a range of clients I work with in the Not for Profit sector.  From May of this year, all organisations in the UK and EU will have to comply with new Data Protection regulations.  To continue using Jotform I will have to be able to show that Jotform complies with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

Can you let me know if you have done any work on this and whether your systems are compliant.  This is affecting a number of organisations operating from outside the UK and EU including for example SurveryMonkey.

    Hope you can help

Hello Ken - As of now, we are not GDPR compliant. You can keep your European user data safely in JotForm's European servers.

Apart from that, we take security seriously and anything security-related was well documented on the page below. I'm also recommending you review our Privacy Policy page to see if we covered any possible questions you have regarding privacy.

I also forwarded your thread to the concerned team so we can provide you a definitive answer on our plans for these upcoming GDPR changes in May. We can't give you any timeframe but we'll keep you apprised on this same thread when there's an update.

We are working on the compliance and we are committed to being fully GDPR compliant by the May 25, 2018 deadline.
