Account export: Stuck on 100%

    Hello Support,


    I cannot download the forms and other things from site. From last 4 days its showing Export Downloading

    Please look on same and support me

    Hi Sajit,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry you're having difficulties with this. ​​I checked your account and see the the export tool is stuck, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.

    Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    Hi radixweb,

    Your issue has been resolved.

    I have created two exports for your account - which you can download from your account menu.

    One contains submission csv files and other one contains all your uploads.

    Please try again and let us know if you need further assistance.
