    Hi,

    im having a issue where when a user submits a form with an attacchement, it is overriding the existing file in the drop box folder.

    is there any way to prevent this besides having the user rename the file?

    @kip

    I have been testing and away to avoid this is to have each submission go into a different folder.

    You can create a UniqueID that increments in value with every submission.  You can choose this invisible ID to be the name of the folder where the submission is saved.

    Here's a visual guide on how to accomplish this:

    Please give this solution a try and let us know if you need further assistance!

    Do you have both Dropbox and Google drive integrations in the same form? Can you please refer us to that form so we can further investigate?

    Yes
    Both integrated. However I turned google drive off since the error.
    The form is called end of month.

    Thank you for provided information.

    You are getting a warning due to the fact that you do not have any Text Box & Text Areas fields on your form. However, Submission folder name is not mandatory for the Google Drive integration, so there is nothing to worry about. In other words, you can re-integrate your form with mentioned warning, and it will be fine.

    If you add some Text Box / Text Area field (Email field is also considered as Text Box), you will be able to point your Google Submissions folder to that field.

    Example with the 'John Doe' folder is based on the integration with custom Submissions folder name, while digits are related to the simple integration without any Text Boxes and Text Areas on the form.
