I want to upgrade my account. I tried to pay with my debit card. But it's saying 'your security code was incorrect'. But i received a message from my bank. took 1 dollar. i tried 2 times. can you help me?

I checked your account and it seems you have upgraded your plan to Bronze Monthly on Feb 19,2018.
Can you please verify, if the issue has been resolved?
