I was asked to provide a backup of the database that currently houses our form's data on Jotform. How can I provide our SQL Database admina backup of the db, so that he can create a schema on our end. Also, what are the steps to point jotform's variables to our new SQL database (what items in the javascript file, html file, or css file would I need to change to make this form write to our new db)? You reply is much needed as I'm trying to get the schema to our db, so I can migrate our form to our internal server. My company plans to license this software, so I'm trying to get our first form integrated in our Tyco Electronics environment. Any help would be much appreciated.

I will be connecting to a server called: USY90DB422 and a database named: Counterfeit, with username: XXXXXXX and password: XXXXXXX.

    Thank you for contacting us.

I think that our Developers can help you to move the data to self hosted environment. However, you will need to get a licensed JotForm App for that.

To reach our Developers regarding your inquiry please fire a mail to jotform@interlogy.com

Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or concerns.

    Good News,

Jotform Enterprise is released and it supports hosting your data on your private dedicated server, "Single SignOn" and "White-labelling". You can get further info on https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/
