This form was working fine for several months...now I have clients saying they get an error message when trying to submit payment. Please advise.

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.
I have cloned your form and integrated it on my end, as far as I can see it works on my end, here is my cloned form: https://www.jotform.com/80495111005950
The error seems to have happened due to some fields empty on the payment field, please try setting the field as required so none of the fields is empty and the users get the proper notification before to continue with the submission:
You may also try disconnecting your Square account and connecting it again, if the problem persists, please let us know.
