Cancel our recent renewal - thanks!

    Greetings -

    Our Bronze plan was recently renewed on 4/7. We tried the platform for a special project last year, and ended up never using it, and no longer need the account.

    Please process a refund to the same card that is under the account and downgrade our account to the free plan.

    Hello Scott,

    Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. The reason why you were charged was due to the auto-renewal option being active on your account. We went ahead and issued a refund on your latest renewal on the Bronze Plan. We also canceled your account and downgraded it back to the Starter ( Free) Plan. Please allow for 7-10 business days for the funds to appear on your account.
