I set up a form for a fundraiser that has the Paypal button. I just got an email saying
You have reached your JotForm payments limitIt seems like you have reached your payments limit. Free accounts are limited to 1 payments / month. Your forms will be disabled on Tuesday at 12pm EST. Since we understand that it can be an inconvenience to have your forms stop working because you reached your payments limit, we'd like to remind you that you can upgrade and your forms will be running smoothly again.
So now does that mean I just wasted my time using your service to create my form??? It's basically going to be useless to me??

Hello jodijode,
You can use Paypal on your forms, however, we have certain payment limits for each type of subscription. Free users are limited to 1 payment submission per month. This is why you are no longer allowed to receive payments for the month. You may receive again another payment the next month, or you can upgrade your subscription now to receive more payment submissions. You can check out this pricing page for more information on different limits per subscription type: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
Feel free to let us know if you have other questions.
Thanks.

So I ultimately won't be allowed to use it the way I need to unless I pay extra. I wish your site would have told me that before I wasted my time.

Because I was referred to your site for your "free" services I didn't think I needed to look at pricing. When I tried to remove your JotForm banner from the footer, your site told me I would need to pay/upgrade to have it removed so why can't you also set something up letting people know if they want to use the form & have it re-direct to Paypal, you'll only be able to do it once a month? I needed this form for a fundraiser so I'll be having people trying to send me money several times a day/week & now it's not going to work.
